Date Stones on Kindle

This week we've released our first ever publication "Stories of Turton Date Stones" as an e-book.  This can be purchased from Amazon for reading on your Kindle, tablet or mobile phone.  The booklet was originally published in 1975, and has been out of print for several years.

Our first publication from 1975 - now available on Kindle in 2017

The booklet is a survey and analysis of 260 date stones on buildings in Turton from the 17th to 19th centuries, and covers.  It was originally published in 1975 and was the only TLHS publication with a black and white cover, rather than the distinctive yellow and red logo.

Depending on the take up we see, we are likely to start working on making more of our out of print booklets available electronically as e-books, or as PDF documents.
