Following on from last years talk on the pubs of Edgworth, and the subsequent guided walk around the area, John will now share with us his research into the pubs of Entwistle.  The presentation will include photographs and historical information about Entwistle hostelries, including The Crown & Thistle Inn, Duke of Wellington, Thompson Arms, Lower House Beerhouse, Whittlestone Head Tavern, The Railway Tavern, Whittlestone  Head and The Strawbury Duck.
